Druwitt is entering an exciting new chapter. As our work continues to grow, we're refreshing our website to better reflect the organizations, communities, and partnerships we proudly support.

Druwitt Consulting helps organizations and communities build stronger futures for children, youth, and families. Founded by Kathryn (Katie) Manning-Druwitt in 2024, Druwitt brings more than 20 years of experience spanning child and youth care, nonprofit leadership, community development, systems change, and cross-sector collaboration. We partner with nonprofits, governments, foundations, Indigenous organizations, schools, and community leaders to strengthen capacity, foster collaboration, and create practical solutions to complex social challenges.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, Universal Design principles, and a belief that lasting change happens through strong relationships, shared leadership, and community-driven action.

Communities have always been the foundation of healthy childhoods.

Children and youth thrive when they experience belonging, trusted relationships, meaningful participation, safety, and opportunities to contribute. Yet many of the natural supports that once surrounded families have become increasingly fragmented.

Druwitt exists to help rebuild those connections.

We work alongside organizations and communities to strengthen leadership, partnerships, and local capacity, creating environments where children, youth, and families can flourish today while building stronger systems for tomorrow.

Providing experienced leadership without the cost of a full-time employee. We embed within organizations to support strategic priorities, organizational growth, partnership development, project delivery, and periods of transition.

Designing and facilitating community forums, youth engagement initiatives, stakeholder consultations, and cross-sector collaborations that strengthen relationships, amplify community voices, and turn dialogue into action.

Druwitt continues to invest in and make time for innovative approaches that strengthen communities and support children and youth. Our next major portfolio is The Archer Project, a prevention-focused iniative for children in Canada. More details to come.
